When Jacquelyn & Maximiliano met in 2015, they were global from the beginning. Jacquelyn, born in the United States with Spanish heritage, and Maximiliano, born in Venezuela with a love of American culture instantly created a marriage of Internationalism. They were the couple that lived between borders even before remote work was commonplace. Collectively, Jacquelyn & Maximiliano have traveled to 60+ countries, lived in 11+ countries, and conducted business on all continents with the exception of Antartica. Between the two of them, they speak Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese fluently, which has served them well in their global endeavors. Since they are currently based between Spain and the United States and have business contacts, friends, and allies all over the globe, Jacquelyn and Maximiliano have the ability to provide a high quality consulting service to clients from around the world. Jacquelyn & Maximiliano look forward to sharing their global experience with this consulting firm that has been discussed for quite some time with close family, friends, and colleagues. Jacquelyn García Vadnais
Jacquelyn García Vadnais was born in San Diego, California to a Spanish-American family. Jacquelyn has a BA in International Relations from the George Washington University, a JD/MBA from Suffolk University, a LL.M from the University of Miami and Fordham Law School, a Master of Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art in New York, and a Masters Degree in Art History from the Universidad de Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain. In addition, Jacquelyn has 7+ years of teaching experience to lawyers, business professionals, and students seeking to apply to international schools and universities. For 20+ years Jacquelyn has been traveling, working abroad, conducting business on multiple continents. Throughout this period, Jacquelyn gained a great deal of valuable global experience in international business consulting, brokering the sale of artworks in multiple global markets, international school and university admission processes, content creation for SEO content, global supply chain/distribution agreements, branding strategy for global brands, immigration/relocation services to multiple jurisdictions, luxury travel/event planning, and global real estate transactions. As a result, Jacquelyn is able to provide consulting services on a wide array of subjects that impact expats, global business professionals, international students, and global travelers. Jacquelyn speaks Spanish, English, Portuguese, and French. In her spare time she enjoys wine pairing and has a WSET Level 2 Certificate in Wines from the Napa Valley Wine Academy.

Maximiliano García Chirinos
Maximiliano García Chirinos was born in Caracas, Venezuela and spent a great deal of time traveling between Caracas, Venezuela, Margarita Island, and the United States. He studied Law at the Universidad Santa María in Caracas, Venezuela and obtained his JD/LL.M from the University of Miami where he completed a semester abroad at Peking University in Shenzhen, China. Maximiliano worked on a series of consulting projects between LATAM, European, and Asian markets related to global real estate, product sourcing, immigration law, entity formation, and brokering deals between suppliers in global manufacturing. Maximiliano obtained his MBA from Fordham University and now is delighted to form his own consulting firm assisting clients with global relocation, supply chain agreements, global real estate, bookkeeping, immigration law, and import/export consulting. Maximiliano speaks Spanish and English fluently. In his spare time, he enjoys taking acting classes and smoking cigars.
